In response to the genocide of the Palestinian people at the hands of Israeli war criminals, and based on rulings from the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, United Nations and Security Council resolutions, as well as statements from the European Foreign Ministry, various European member states, and hundreds of European political parties, there is a growing movement in Europe. This popular, political, diplomatic, and legal movement condemns war crimes and genocide and seeks to prosecute criminals in accordance with international law.
EUPAC will continue its work to uphold the Palestinian narrative, use international and European law to hold accountable those responsible for killing over 20,000 children in Palestine in a single year, and call for the severing of European relations with illegal settlements. Additionally, it seeks to ensure that Europe does not become complicit in genocide, as Israel wishes.
Those who pursue this cause are aware that they will face attacks from Zionist lobbies and supporters of Israeli extremists, including terrorist Israeli war criminals and settlers, for whom arrest warrants will soon be issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
EUPAC aims to articulate and advance the European political discourse on the Middle East, aligning positions with international law, human rights, and European legal frameworks. It supports transparency with European citizens, advocates for the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and independence, and calls for their right to live in security and dignity without occupation. The Council also emphasizes the illegality of occupation and its consequences in any form.
The Council is composed of influential activists, intellectuals, specialists and experts from different ethinic, religeus or gio political origins committed to change. It operates in full compliance with European law and does not include individuals wanted by the police, those with criminal records, or anyone legally pursued in any European country. Political views of its members are not considered, as long as they do not interfere with the member’s work within the Council.
